Strategic Committee for Reckless Aerial Propulsion Programs
Organizational history
Founded as S.C.R.A.P., a results-only logistics body. “Programs” was appended during a reorganization for gravitas. The resulting acronym was discovered immediately and admitted never.
Amending the charter, letterhead, rubber stamps, and building signage was not in the budget. The additional P is now load-bearing.
Internal memoranda using one final P will be returned unread for improper formatting.
Operating policy
Legacy assets
The scrap heap is identified on all insurance forms as “legacy assets.” Professor E.R. Ratum selects from these assets because the procurement request was resolved in committee.
No procurement request is enclosed. This has been determined to be consistent with prior practice.
Oversight posture
The committee requires outcomes and has recused itself from methods. Liability disclaimers are pre-signed. Physical catastrophe is recorded with procedural calm.
A professor launched into a mountainside may still be stamped COMPLIANT if the directive was technically satisfied.
Alarm, when present, is noted and filed.
